Multi-type minion
Multi-type minions are minions that have more than one minion type. In any such case, the minion will have either two types that are both listed at the bottom of the card, or the minion type All, which includes every minion type.
The minion type All was introduced in The Witchwood, while dual-type minions were introduced in March of the Lich King.
This page lists every minion with a dual minion type.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Multi-types are always additions, never exclusions.
- Example: Furious Felfin is a demon murloc. Murloc Warleader grants it +2 attack, and it can be drawn from Sense Demons.
- Example: Revive Pet can resurrect Fossilized Devilsaur, as it is also a beast.
- If needed, multi-type minions can take on the role of either minion type.
- Example: A River Crocolisk and Ghostly Charger have both died during a game. Playing N'Zoth, God of the Deep will resurrect both minions, since River Crocolisk takes the place of a beast, and Ghostly Charger can take the place of an undead. If both minons only had the minion type beast and not a second type, only one of them would get resurrected.

Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Undead beast is the most common dual-type.
- Previously, minions that were undead beasts were not classified as beasts at all, due to developers not wanting to categorise creatures that were not made of flesh and bones as beasts. After dual-type minions were introduced, they were all classified as undead beasts.
Patch changes[edit | edit source]
