Deckbuilding effect

Deckbuilding effects are effects that take place during deck creation. While a card with a deckbuilding effect is included in a deck, the rules for how that deck is built will be altered.

Unlike Start of Game effects, the deckbuilding effect triggers before the game begins and the opponent is not shown the effect taking place.
Although similar, Genn Greymane and Baku the Mooneater are not deckbuilding effects since they can be included in decks with odd/even cards, although the collection manager will automatically filter to show only appropriate cards while building a deck with them.
