Queen Azshara is the final boss in Faelin's Book of Heroes chapter.

The below classes are listed purely for reference, and have no effect on the boss' use of the cards during the battle.
- One copy of this card is replaced by
Shady Parrot if Captain Hooktusk was defeated in 7 turns or less.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- The fight can be won either by dealing 100 damage to the boss or using Faelin's Amulet.
- Boss starts with Zainra Evenlar and Commander Sivara on the board. Zainra Evenlar is despawned before turn 1.
- Boss is Immune while there are the special enemy minions on the board. The player has to destroy them to advance and win the fight.
- If Silivaz and Pashmar are destroyed while the boss board is full, the next minion will not spawn.
- After destroying of Commander Sivara the player chooses the next minion: Blackwater Behemoth or Radiance of Azshara. However, if Commander Sivara was killed during the boss' turn, Blackwater Behemoth will spawn without making a choice.
- After Blackwater Behemoth or Radiance of Azshara are killed, Lady Ashvane appears on the board.
- After Lady Ashvane is destroyed, Orgozoa appears on the board.
- After Orgozoa is destroyed, Silivaz and Pashmar appear on the board. To get rid of them, the player has to destroy these minions at the same time using AoE cards.
- After Silivaz and Pashmar are destroyed, Za'qul appears on the board.
- After Blackwater Behemoth or Radiance of Azshara are killed,
- Halus Sunwatcher and Sir Finley
- The player always gets Caye Stardusk, Bottomfeeder,
Sow the Soil on mulligan.
- These cards can be replaced with
Thorngrowth Sentries, 
Power of the Wild, Spirit of the Tides. The replacement takes place from left to right (i.e., if the player replaced one card, they will receive Thorngrowth Sentries regardless of whether Caye Stardusk or Sow the Soil was replaced).
