Emotes are a type of cosmetic introduced in Patch 15.6.0.35747. Players can use emotes by clicking on their Hero portrait, similarly to how emotes function in constructed.
Functionality[edit | edit source]
- Everyone gets the "Starter Set" of 6 emotes as their default options.
- Battlegrounds Emotes are usable during the Recruit and Combat phases.
- Emotes in Battlegrounds are animated and feature a character, unlike their constructed counterparts that have voiced dialogue.
- The player can go to the Collection manager after navigating to the Battlegrounds window, click/tap on the speech bubble icon, and choose a set of 6 emotes to compose their Emote Deck, which can be used during gameplay.
How to get[edit | edit source]
Emotes can be available for obtaining in the following ways:
- Buying bundles in the Shop
- Buying individual emotes in the Shop
- Claiming for free in the Shop
- Gaining levels in the Battlegrounds Track
