Blood Gem, the central card for Quilboar

Quilboar is a minion type in Battlegrounds.

Quilboar minions' effects rely on Blood Gem, a spell that is exclusive to this minion type. When the player has Blood Gems, they can choose to play immediately to give minions stats, or save them for later to either find a better minion to benefit from them, or use on Quilboar minions who has direct synergy with Blood Gems.

There are two main types of effects that may appear on Quilboar-pool minions: Generating Blood Gem(s), and benefitting when the player uses Blood Gem on them.
