Functionality

Once unlocked and selected for use, Blood-Queen Lana'thel replaces The Lich King whenever the player uses a Death Knight deck, as well as:
- Comes with its own portrait
- Has a full set of custom emotes
- Has a custom tray
- Has special entrance and hero power animations
