How to get
Rangari Scout is Not Yet Released. Once released, it will be obtainable through these means.

Notes
- As well as generating copies of Discovered cards that are generated, this card functions with all types of Discovers. Essentially, if a card says "Discover" and the player picks a card, Rangari Scout generates a copy of that card.
- Example: Play
Theotar, the Mad Duke, giving your opponent a 
Stonetusk Boar and stealing a River Crocolisk from them. Rangari Scout will now generate an extra Stonetusk Boar and River Crocolisk for you. - Example: Play
Beaststalker Tavish. Rangari Scout will generate copies of both Improved Secrets chosen. - Example: Play
Tortollan Primalist. Rangari Scout will also generate the spell that was cast.

Their role in draenei society is mostly to gather valuable intelligence about the lay of the land, in order to use it for their advantage. They survived the genocide of the draenei and are still active on Azeroth, answering to Prophet Velen. Their leader, Exarch Naielle, has recently come out of hiding from Terokkar Forest.
