- C'Thun-related cards - C'Thun and its related cards cannot be drafted in Arena and are banned from all types of card generation in constructed unless the player's deck started with one of the cards in that group.

Lore
The Usher of Souls is clearly in the service of 
C'Thun, although the exact meaning of her disturbing title is perhaps better left unlearned.
