Lore
Velen has been the leader of the draenei people since their flight from Argus 13,000 years before the first orcish invasion of Azeroth. The title "Leader of the Draenei" is one of many titles held by Velen. In this case "Exiled" stands for the draenei, as the word "Draenei" means "Exiled Ones" in their own language.
