Plagued Grain is a rare death knight spell card, from the Core set.
How to get
The Regular and Golden copies of Plagued Grain are uncraftable. They have special unlock requirements and cannot be crafted, disenchanted, or opened from card packs:| Type | Source | Quality | Count |

This section uses content from the Warcraft Wiki.- In the early stages of the Third War, the Plague reached Stratholme in infected shipments of grain, most likely from Andorhal. The populace, unaware of the plague, baked and consumed the infected grain. The dreadlord Mal'Ganis was silently overseeing the operation.
It is these Plagued Grain Crates that caused the beginning of the Culling of Stratholme.
