League of E.V.I.L.
The League of E.V.I.L. is a group of villains formed by Rafaam. Each of its members have their own nefarious goals.

Arch-Villain Rafaam[edit | edit source]
Founder member of the League of E.V.I.L.. His goals are unknown to the other members, one thing they know is that it involves the magical city of Dalaran. Rafaam has a variety of demons at his command.
Heistbaron Togwaggle[edit | edit source]
After losing his fortune, 
King Togwaggle joined Rafaam in order to gain his gold and candles back. Togwaggle brought his kobold army with him for attacking Dalaran.
Swampqueen Hagatha[edit | edit source]
Hagatha vowed revenge against Gilneans and adventurers who assisted them. She joined Rafaam for getting her revenge from the ones who defeated her. She commands drustvar horrors and murlocs at the invasion of Dalaran.
Madame Lazul[edit | edit source]
Not much is known about 
Madame Lazul. One thing that is known that all of the members of League of E.V.I.L. are summoned at her cart by Rafaam. She joined Rafaam and her forces of faceless ones, qiraji and Hench-Clan quilboars.
Blastmaster Boom[edit | edit source]
Dr. Boom is selected by Rafaam to join the League of E.V.I.L.. He commands an army of mechs of his creation including The Boom Reaver.

The heroes of the Dalaran Heist were lower-ranking members of the organization.
History[edit | edit source]
Formation[edit | edit source]
Rafaam gathered King Togwaggle, 
Dr. Boom, 
Hagatha the Witch and Madame Lazul and formed the League of E.V.I.L.. Their first move was to attack the magical city of Dalaran.
Heist of Dalaran[edit | edit source]
The League of E.V.I.L defeated the citizens and also the mighty members of the Kirin Tor (who have been guarding Dalaran the whole time) and succeeded in bringing the entirety of Dalaran under their kleptomaniac grasp.
Siege of Uldum[edit | edit source]
After seizing Dalaran, the League of E.V.I.L. attacked Uldum, unleashing a plethora of plagues upon its denizens. There, they ran into the League of Explorers, Rafaam's archenemies, who stepped up to defend the desert and its treasures from him and his preposterous malcontents.
Even though the League of Explorers were able to neutralize the threat and take down Tekahn, the League of E.V.I.L. managed to obtain what they had come for: the Plague of Undeath.
Battle for Dragonblight[edit | edit source]
With the Plague of Undeath in hand, Rafaam set sail for Northrend, where he aimed to resurrect 
Galakrond with the Plague of Undeath and use him to wreak havoc upon Azeroth.
Once again, he was intercepted by the League of Explorers, and the two groups engaged in a final showdown in the skies above Dragonblight.
Over the course of the battle, Dr. Boom, Kriziki, Madame Lazul, Hagatha, and King Togwaggle are all defeated, while Eudora and George betray the League, leaving only Rafaam standing.
