This depicts  Kel'Thuzad's appearance after being sent to Maldraxxus. He is shown with  Mr. Bigglesworth, who became a slime cat named Mr. Jigglesworth in the afterlife.

In death, Kel'Thuzad entered the afterlife of Maldraxxus where he was approached by  Sire Denathrius and soon rose to a position of power within the House of Rituals, a position he used to plunge Maldraxxus into chaos in order to further the efforts of his new master, Zovaal the Jailer, across theShadowlands. After his machinations were revealed, the archlich escaped to his master's side in the Sanctum of Domination, where he was destroyed for good in a final confrontation with Azeroth's heroes.
