If both Gigafin and Gigafin's Maw are destroyed simultaneously, Gigafin's deathrattle will resolve before Gigafin's Maw and any minions stored in Gigafin will be released.
Gigafin's Battlecry destroys all enemy minions,^[1] does not gain any stats, but their base copies are then put into an enchantment. After Gigafin triggers its Deathrattle, all base copies of minions listed in that enchantment will be summoned on your opponent's battlefield.
