This minion offers hard removal at a relatively low mana cost, but its delayed effect makes it inconvenient to use by itself. This minion is best used by Mages since they can destroy it whenever with a Hero Power, and work even better with 
Icy Touch from 
Frost Lich Jaina. Alternatively, it can be used with cheap AoE board clears or low-cost utility spells like 
Mortal Coil.
This card can be seen as a tech card against Elusive minions because it does not block minion Battlecries. This makes it a strong counter to 
Tyrantus and anything that 
Beryllium Nullifier is Magnetized to.
