- This card may have originally been planned to be included in the Return to Naxxramas mini-set during development, but was likely cut late in development due to its data reaching the live client.
- Its card id,
NX2_036t, suggests it was originally the token of
Construct Quarter, which has the card id NX2_036.- In the live client, Construct Quarter summons
Undead Monstrosity, a reused token from Path of Arthas, instead of an unique token.
