Lore
Cloud Princes are unbound air elementals found in the Vortex Pinnacle, a dungeon set in 
Al'Akir the Windlord's Elemental Plane of Skywall and accessed from spires floating high above southern Uldum.
However, Hearthstone's Cloud Prince does not match their World of Warcraft appearance and instead appears more similar to an air revenant, such as the Armored Mistrals that also inhabit the Vortex Pinnacle.
Trivia
- Cloud Prince's flavor text is a reference to the theme song of the 1990-1996 sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
