This appears to be first known hozen skilled in healing magic, or magic of any kind. He likely learned the art from the pandaren, possibly at the Tian Monastery. The hozen appears to wield either nature magic or more likely the power of the Jade Serpent.
The word "blook" appears to be a new word in the Hozen language. The phrase "What doesn't blook you, will grook you." (grook meaning to kill or fight) may be a traditional proverb or saying of some kind.
