The Deathspeakers are a group of cultists from the Cult of the Damned fervently listening to 
Lady Deathwhisper's sermon at the Oratory of the Damned in Icecrown Citadel.
Hearthstone's Deathspeaker appears to specifically represent the nerubian Deathspeaker High Priests.
This section uses content from the Warcraft Wiki.- Deathspeaker High Priests are trash mobs present next to Lady Deathwhisper, and are high health caster types with three abilities.
