- Blubber Baron's effect means that summoning
Doppelgangster will buff Blubber Baron in the hand by +3/+3, since the two copies summoned by Doppelgangster have the same text and Battlecry as the original card.[1] As this is a similar case as 
Twin-fin Fin Twin, playing one of these will give a Blubber Baron in the player's hand +2/+2.
