While Mogor lets your other minions bypass Taunt and Stealth, his most valuable quality is breaking the focus of enemy minions, making it difficult to concentrate damage on one target and making any attack a potential suicide into Mogor. He is best with sturdy minions that gradually create advantage such as 
Imp Master or Nat Pagle.
Mogor's aura does not extend to heroes, weapons or spells.
