Kobold Stickyfinger is a tech card against decks that run important weapons. It fills a similar niche to 
Harrison Jones, but trades card advantage for board advantage. This minion is best used to steal a strong weapon like Doomhammer or Ashbringer and use it immediately against the opponent. It also has the added benefit of preventing Deathrattles from triggering for your opponent, safely disabling weapons like 
Val'anyr, Twig of the World Tree, Kingsbane, and 
Necrium Blade.
As a Pirate, Kobold Stickyfinger can be drawn using 
Ancharrr or 
Raiding Party.
Kobold Stickyfinger is also notably powerful against weapon-focused Adventure bosses, such as Patchwerk.
