Knight of Anointment provides early game holy spell card draw and should be kept in mulligan hand.
This can draw you into powerful essential buff cards such as 
Blessing of Kings, 
Blessing of Authority, Conviction, 
Hand of A'dal, or Libram spells which can change tides of boards or can close out games with additional damage in hand.
