Template:Flare notes

• Counterspell will successfully counter Flare. The Counterspell will be consumed, but Flare will not take effect, will not destroy any other Secrets or remove Stealth from minions, and will not draw the player a card.
• Mana Bind will activate before Flare's effect. The Mana Bind triggers to give the opposing player a zero-mana Flare; after that the remaining secrets (if any) and stealthed minions will be affected by Flare and the casting player draws a card as normal.
