Penance was a priest spell card. It was replaced in patch 1.0.0.3388 by 
Temple Enforcer and is no longer available to players.[1][2]
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The artwork for this card came from the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game "Tomb of the Forgotten" series, for the card Divine Redemption.
- This card is almost functionally identical to the version that was later implemented. The only differences are the use of the Lifesteal keyword, one lower mana cost, and the inability to target heroes.
