He was formerly a mere aspirant of the kyrian who struggled to find his place in the afterlife of Bastion, but who—alongside his soulbind, Kleia—found himself caught up in the momentous events unfolding across the Shadowlands. He volunteered to become the Arbiter in order to fill the vacancy created by the loss of the previous Arbiter.As an aspirant, Pelagos was known for his hope and compassion, qualities he retains in his new role.
