Bloodhound is a minion created by the Houndmaster Shaw's Hero Power 
Dog Whistle in The Witchwood Monster Hunt mode.
The Companionship treasure gives them +2 attack and it is possible to get two of them.
This will not help in fulfilling 
Jungle Giants quest though as that only goes by base attack not buffed.
