Seal of Light can be considered as a reverse, single use 
Truesilver Champion, decent for removing early threats against aggro decks.
Seal of Light has better use when combining it with good damage weapons for a surprise attack. You can further improve it with Captain Greenskin.
Uther of the Ebon Blade takes double benefits from it. The extra damage improves the lifesteal effect.
