Template:Maestra of the Masquerade strategy

From Hearthstone Wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Maestra can serve as a tool to confuse your enemy into spending cards they otherwise may not have spent knowing you were a rogue. The deception is likely strongest at the start of the game, where opponents are likely to Mulligan differently, such as expecting aggression from a Warrior.

Since your class actually changes, your discover effects and "from your class" effects (such as  Wandmaker) generate cards from your new disguised class, creating an effect where you can play your entire game as another class then surprising your opponent with a sudden burst of damage that they might not have expected from someone like a priest.

While Maestra is active, your Rogue cards are considered to be from a different class than your current class, allowing them to activate the effects of cards such as  Vendetta and  Wildpaw Gnoll.

This template contains Strategy content for these cards.
