- This card will upgrade whenever your hero takes any amount of damage and the source is from a card that you own.[1]
- Cards that deal damage multiple times, such as
Spreading Madness will upgrade the card each time it hits your hero. - If your minion attacks your hero due to
Misdirection, it will also upgrade the card. - Spending health as mana via cards such as
Bloodbloom and Cho'gall will not trigger this spellstone to upgrade. Damage must be dealt from the card itself, not its cost.
- Cards that deal damage multiple times, such as
- When Discovered via Chittering Tunneler, it will be added to your hand before the Battlecry deals damage to you, causing it to upgrade instantly.
- This card will also upgrade when drawn via
Kobold Librarian.
