Template:Kargath Bladefist strategy
Kargath Bladefist is an average-statted Rush minion that can trade in the early game, but his true utility lies with his upgraded form, 
Kargath Prime. Once obtained, he is effectively a better 
Icehowl, as he costs 1 mana less for the same stats, can attack face on future turns and gives a large Armor boost after killing enemy minions. Kargath is useful for Control Warrior decks, taking out early-game threats and giving you lots of Armor in the late game. He can also work in tempo and midrange decks as both a source of board control and a huge threat at the end of the game.
Due to his Rush and powerful Armor gain, Kargath Prime has immediate value if he is summoned from your hand or deck through cards such as Varian Wrynn, 
The Boomship or 
Gather Your Party, or copied with 
Blood Warriors, 
Dead Man's Hand, 
Sudden Genesis or 
Bloodsworn Mercenary.
