This card is extremely powerful for Control Druid decks. Even a single copy of this card can indefinitely delay fatigue damage by generating infinite copies to add to your deck, and the longer the game goes on, the stronger Jade Golems it can summon.
Has excellent combo potential with 
Gadgetzan Auctioneer, who can give you cheap card draw while either filling your deck with Jade Idols or summon a Jade Golem. Once your deck contains nothing but Jade Idols, you can continuously shuffle and summon them as long as you have Mana.
Also has strong synergy with 
Arcane Giant due to the amount of cheap spells it generates.
Decks dependent on this card are countered by 
Skulking Geist.
