Greater Healing Potion is useful for healing your hero, or a Taunt minion so that it can take more damage. This can be a good counter to aggro decks, but it can also help win an attrition battle.
Unlike other healing cards, this card does not synergize with 
Auchenai Soulpriest because it can only target friendly characters.
