Bomb Toss essentially combines 
Arcane Shot and 
Goblin Bomb into one card, including the combined cost. This makes the card quite efficient. This spell acts as removal, can be used as burn against your opponent, and creates a potentially threatening body that can be given Magnetic buffs.
