Although this card is a reasonably better body than 
Flesheating Ghoul, the effect it has is a lot worse, since it only triggers from friendly minions.
If at least one of your friendly minions dies, you can trade with at least a 5 Health minion effectively.
You can also put it in a Grimy Goons deck, so it has decent stats and a better chance of building up its effect.
