card copy COST curiosity[edit source]

If you are able to vary the mana cost of your card via dice it would be interesting to see if the copy  Trade Prince Gallywix makes uses that modified mana cost or if he's forced to use the original one.

I'm going to make a note of playing a 0-mana Faerie Dragon and see if it displays that when he plays it later. Easy to remember...

...er cancel that, FD was immune to his hero power, forgot about that.

Fabulous way to make him waste that! Adding it to strat. Tycio (talk) 07:08, 24 January 2021 (UTC)

Anywho I drew  Medivh, the Guardian and dice reduced his mana cost from 8 to 4, so I'm playing him now and we'll see what happens I guess...

Once I actually play him his mana cost changes back to default 8...

I guess that's because he's no longer in hand so dice no longer apply...

So to find out if this affected boss, will need to see if he plays it prior to turn 8...

  • update: yup he did wait that long... and I massively regret what I did :(

Bosses seem too dumb to go after the  Cache of Cash for early access to high mana minions. Tycio (talk) 07:16, 24 January 2021 (UTC)

card copy PLACE curiosity[edit source]

When he makes the copy, does it go directly into his hand? Actually seemed like it might get shuffled into his deck instead. Tycio (talk) 07:38, 24 January 2021 (UTC)
