Abusive Sergeant banned from deck creation?

"Abusive Sergeant is banned from being added to decks, during deck creation."

That was not to true for this week's Tavern Brawl (#86).

I also disenchanted both when the nerf came, but after opening my Welcome Bundle, they are returned, and having them is better that getting 10 dust from them. TheGamer765 (talk) 13:56, 4 February 2017 (UTC)
