- Hemet will not destroy cards in the deck if it had its cost reduced to 3 or less (Ex.

Luna's Pocket Galaxy) if their base cost was 4 or greater. This is likely because Hemet only looks at the base mana cost of cards in the deck, not modified costs.

History
Hemet, Jungle Hunter required a lot of play-testing in many different decks to see if he was reasonable. Surprisingly, his effect never changed; the mana threshold of 3 "just kind of works."[1]
