From the guidelines you linked: "If you would like to translate a page, first please let the head admin(s) know on his/her talk pages." Our non-English wikis rely on community volunteers for content, just as with the content for the English ones. We also like to see that someone dedicated is available to serve as a community administrator before we open a non-English wiki, as also noted in the guidelines. So far, unfortunately, no one has translated anything more than a few pages here and there; not enough to actually open a new wiki with. Personally, I'd like to see the main page translated and probably around twenty to twenty-five of the pages linked from the main page translated to a specific language before I would be confident enough to open another wiki for it.
One problem with this wiki specifically is that we do automated imports of card data from Hearthpwn. It is not likely we'd be able to do the same for non-English Hearthstone wikis because the process is time-consuming, and the extension we're using doesn't have any features for using another wiki as a data source. I honestly don't know if that's something we could ever do. That means card data pages will have be manually exported to a non-English wiki or created/edited by hand. (Alternately, a non-English Hearthstone wiki wouldn't necessary have to use the same template system the English one is and the data could just be on the regular card pages like it would be on most wikis.) — oOeyes

- I misunderstood the process of the wiki translation. Now I understand how to prepare and publish other language pages with your explanation. Thank you very much.
- I don't have enough commitment to do something with the translation and the management for my native language wiki. To continue this, I must get ready for the tasks.
