• As with most other cards that change your Hero Power, playing this a second time does not change your Hero Power, but does refresh it. So if you have sufficient mana, you can summon a Silver Hand Murloc, play Vilefin Inquisitor, and then summon a second Silver Hand Murloc in the same turn.
