Template:Togwaggle's Dice strategy

From Hearthstone Wiki

This treasure allows the player to expand a deck with high-mana cards without a care, as after one turn in the hand the cost is randomized and it is possible to play them once it's lower. However, it is bad for combining with low-cost cards unless they are played right away.

The cost doesn't appear to be completely random, but rather each turn it deviates a certain amount from it's base price.  Shirvallah, the Tiger for example can go up from 25 mana to 28 mana; other cards will not be assigned such an extreme amount.

The treasure has drawbacks in the battle against Trade Prince Gallywix since it can change the coins he gives to non-zero cost, effectively making them pointless (don't improve mana) except for triggering things that respond to spells.
