This template should be used at the top of the page for game elements (almost exclusively cards) that have been officially announced to have changes coming relatively soon. The tag is intended to help raise awareness of upcoming changes, and to aid players in making choices such as whether to craft or disenchant cards.
This tag probably shouldn't be used for major pages like Arena or Ranked, which periodically see changes to their systems, but without the same kind of impact on players.
