A strong card cycle. Its cheap cost lets it fit in aggressive lists fairly comfortably as a source of refueling, while the strong draw effect makes it good for combo decks. Like all Outcast cards, it's important to manage your hand to make the most of this effect. Drawing one card for two mana is okay in an emergency, but best avoided since this wastes a lot of Spectral Sight's value.
