Kobold Librarian is one of the cheapest and most efficient ways to cycle your deck in the game. On top of being a very cheap card draw, it has good stats, making it a decent inclusion for Zoo decks. Additionally, it works with damage-related effects like 
Lesser Amethyst Spellstone and 
Duskbat. You are almost always happy to put two Kobold Librarians in your deck.
