Explore Un'Goro is a control-type card that is somewhat similar in function to the  Golden Monkey, in that it can replace the deck, but not the hand, with cards that have the ability to discover more useful cards.

The 1-mana Discover cards generated by Explore Un'Goro are more likely to discover class-specific cards; therefore, the Warrior, or any other hero that uses this card, should play this card if they have no better plays and their deck synergizes moderately well with cards available in their class.

With  Skulking Geist released, this card is a potentially catastrophic move due to that minion's potential to instantly destroy your entire deck of 1 mana spells, rendering the match close to unwinnable in most situations.

You can combo this card with  King Togwaggle and Skulking Geist to destroy your opponent's deck when they switch back. On 10 Mana, you play Togwaggle, then play Explore Un'Goro, then if they switch back, you play Skulking Geist. The combo works best when your deck has no other useful win condition and your opponent would be forced to either switch or play a deck with useless cards.

It can be used in a  Hakkar, the Soulflayer deck. You play this card after killing your Hakkar to remove  Corrupted Blood from your deck.
