Brilliant Macaw allows the player to cast important battlecries, such as 
Shudderwock, 
C'Thun, the Shattered, 
Reno Jackson, 
Lilypad Lurker, 
Snowfall Guardian, 
Loatheb, or Bru'kan of the Elements for a second time.
However, this can be difficult to use, as the player has to hold off on playing other less impactful battlecries and instead wait to activate the more useful battlecries with Brilliant Macaw.
