This minion is often used in combination with minions like Majordomo Executus, Lieutenant Garr, or Nomi, Kitchen Nightmare.

This is a decent body in the early game for all heroes, but also has an increased value for Millhouse Manastorm or Aranna Starseeker. When playing Nozdormu it it not able to save the refresh of the Anomaly for the next round to have 2 refresh because the one of the Anomaly gets overwritten by the hero power.

Try not to use the free refresh immediately on the turn which you received Refreshing Anomaly, as in most cases this will lead to the rolling of fewer minions than in the next recruit phase.
