It is basically Rakanishu's hero power, but it takes up a combat slot, buffs minions based off their Tavern Tier, and can be used multiple times a turn. Combined with cards that buff Lil' Rag like, say, Rakanishu's Hero Power, you don't lose out on tempo unlike other tribe's boardwide buff cards like Brann and cards like Cap'n Hoggarr.
