Lady Vashj's hero power functions much like Galakrond's except that it applies to the entire store. As such, it is practically only a free refresh. Unlike Nozdormu, however, you only get this free refresh a maximum of 5 times per game.

Level one, it guarantees you will get a store of only Tier 2 minions, which can help you establish early board dominance. (Buy turn 1 -> level turn 2 -> sell unit or token to buy two tier-2 units on turn 3.)

It has some utility at later levels as it helps you fish for high-tier units but the cost of leveling makes this hero power less versatile than Toki's or Galakrond's.
