This treasure casts a copy of all the spells in your deck, which could trigger important spells like 
Luna's Pocket Galaxy. Be careful when using this in Chapter 1, as you will cast a copy of every 
Surprise! Murlocs! in your deck, flooding your board and not allowing you to play minions after, or worse, canceling spells like Unexpected Results. However, if you have a copy of The Storm Bringer, you can turn your whole board of Murlocs into potentially game changer legendary minions.
