Some second random comment

When it comes to Blizzard and card text consistency, everything first needs to fall out the window. I contest that "Start of Game" should be bold-faced as a keyword on Whizbang the Wonderful.

IMO it shouldn't count as a Start of Game effect since those take place after the mulligan. If I understand Whizbang's effect correctly, he gives you a random deck as soon as the game starts, even before the mulligan. --DeludedTroll (talk) 23:23, 21 July 2018 (UTC)

Golden cards?

Do we know when/whether you get golden cards in the deck Whizbang gives you? Does it make a difference whether your Whizbang card is golden? -- Asolovay (talk) 21:29, 26 July 2018 (UTC)

Hasn't been officially stated, as far as I know, but I would guess that if you have a Golden Whizbang your decks will be all-Golden as well. --DeludedTroll (talk) 21:44, 26 July 2018 (UTC)

That'd be one possibility. (And if so, I just might blow the dust on getting a golden Whizbang!) But IMO it seems just as likely that golden Whizbang just means your hero is golden (golden border, animated, and if you're rogue/paladin, your weapons/recruits are golden); and that your deck, say, follows Arena rules (if you have golden cards in your collection, they're golden in the Whizbang deck) regardless of whether W is golden himself. And a third possibility is that you get a small number of golden cards by chance (the way you get a small number from pack openings) and it isn't affected by what's in your collection.

UPDATE: On launch day, I've seen one report that a golden Whizbang means a golden hero and an all-golden deck. The report is from a twitter account with a default picture, though, so I'll hold off on updating the page until I can verify (either via a video--hopefully someone will share one!--or through a more-official source.
